The In Disguise picture below was shot for the Shakira in Disguise article on eXaminer. It was layered on top of California Surplus Mart, a photo courtesy by its manager, Ovi Lalo. It was changed to monotone to avoid color clash and desaturated the portrait, too. A scratched texture was overlaid to make it look old and worn. There are two overlays - one of which has color as seen on the cap and jacket. A logo, lancelonie.com, sits on the very top of all layers - 50% opacity so it's not too white.
During the mini-photoshoot, the Flickrite's "shadow" was awake and active. As always, she just had to be in the frame! From multiple shots in the great room to finally settling in our bedroom, she didn't stop fooling around. Even during the time I was blogging this . . . she was...
